Women Economic Forum KSA brings together D&I champions, entrepreneurs, business leaders, inspiring trailblazers and high potential graduates, over two days to champion diversity and celebrate game changers at a critical time in Saudi Arabia’s history.
Under Vision 2030, the Kingdom is pursuing ambitions to unlock every sector of the economy and boost opportunity, specifically for women and young nationals. In line with this core mission, the WIL Economic Forum KSA is held under the theme “Let’s talk about tomorrow”, serving as a platform where strategy turns to action, and uniting the leading voices who already walk the walk.
The agenda is designed to support delegates in creating actionable strategies to further their personal development and nurture professional growth. Partners of the forum can showcase their achievements to date and participate in discussions that will shape the next era of change, in line with the Kingdom’s vision.
Each session is centred on the five pillars of innovation, economic empowerment, entrepreneurship, D&I and Saudisation, with a special focus on facilitating discussion, fostering cross-sector partnerships and catalysing positive change by:
• Supporting the Kingdom’s efforts to unlock hidden capital, by leveraging female talent and the potential of the youth
• Encouraging the creation of SMEs, and recognising them as vital agents of economic growth;
• Benchmarking best practice and providing a stage to showcase the achievements of corporate champions;
• Inspiring the next generation of young leaders through a line-up of game changers, trailblazers and inspiring leaders.
